Our Facility

Cast Döküm’s production facility is engineered to support high-precision, repeatable, and industry-standard casting operations. Our foundry is equipped with a semi-automatic molding line capable of producing castings up to 550 × 750 × 190+190 mm, ensuring dimensional stability and uniform mold quality across every batch. Complementing this system are two 750 kg capacity melting furnaces, enabling continuous melt preparation and consistent chemical composition throughout the production cycle.

In addition to automated capabilities, we operate a manual molding line that provides the flexibility required for low-volume, large, or geometrically complex components. Our melting and pouring processes are supported by strict temperature control, slag management, and melt treatment procedures to obtain optimal mechanical properties in both ductile iron (SG) and gray iron (GG) castings.

Material quality is verified at every stage through spectrometric analysis, thermal control logs, and batch-based traceability. All molds and cores are produced using standardized sand preparation methods to ensure stability in compaction, moisture, and permeability values. This allows us to maintain consistent surface quality, minimize casting defects, and achieve high repeatability across serial production.

Our facility is staffed by an experienced engineering and production team specializing in metallurgy, process control, and industrial operations. With a synthetic casting line currently being commissioned, we are further expanding our capacity and enhancing metal purity, process consistency, and energy efficiency.

From melt preparation to final inspection, every step of production is executed under documented procedures, ensuring reproducible quality, reliable delivery, and technical compliance for the automotive, machinery, reducer, pump, and heavy-industry sectors we serve.
